Was he still actively working on Alias when it started to get bad. He's pretty much abandoned Lost now, and it seems fine (if not better) without him. Maybe that's the key...have him come up with the good concept, let him select the starting creative team, then get him the heck out of there. Yeah…I can’t deny that the end of Alias sucked.
